Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of 27 April 2016
We would like to inform you that the Regulation (EU) n. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
According to the above mentioned Regulation, personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner, to ensure appropriate confidenciality of your data and the respect of your rights.
On the basis of Article 13 par. 2 lett. B) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 we inform you that:
1. The data the user voluntarily provided will be treated in strict confidence and will exclusively be used to respond to the user’s request, to handle translation services, to issue quotations and invoices or other related services.
2. Personal data are provided voluntarily, however, not providing data or providing partial or inaccurate data, may prevent the Controller to handle the above mentioned services.
3. Personal data will be processed using manual and/or computerised instruments.
4. The Controller is Valentina LAMBRUGO.
5. The data transmitted by the user will be retained for twelve months after the conclusion of the service provided by the Controller.
6. Data subjects have the right at any time to request access to personal data, the rectification or erasure thereof.
